Power Hour - Power Lifting Class
Every Thursday from 6:30 till 7:30pm we will be throwing a pure power lifting class. The class will be a free flowing class under the supervision of a Strength and Conditioning Coach that will be help you achieve those heavy power lifts. The power lifts are the back bone of any fitness regiment. In this class we will be working on the ideas laid out by Mark Rippetoe.
This class is all about proper body mechanics and slow and controlled power lifts with no cardio. I repeat NO CARDIO!!
