Here is the Bios of the Trainers here at Cascadia Strength and Conditioning.
Daniel has been all around the world teaching fitness!
He started his first CrossFit community while serving in the US Air Force in Incirlik Turkey in 2013. CrossFit Incirlik is still an active affiliate of CrossFit and has a vibrant community still to this day.
After Turkey Daniel was a dedicated member of the well established ShoGun CrossFit while he was at Okinawa, Japan on Kadena Air Base. During his time at Shogun, the gym ended up dominating the Asia Regional CrossFit Competition in 2014, and Daniel accompanied the team to the big show at Carson, CA for the CrossFit Games!
Coach Daniel Jose then separated from the Air Force after over ten years of Honorable Service and took a contracting job with NSF (National Science Foundation) where he worked down in McMurdo Station, Antarctica, the most inhospitable places on Earth.
Yes, Daniel was able to find how to start up a CrossFit affiliate down at one of the southern most places on Earth. He continued this for two summer seasons building the fitness community in the blistering cold.
Once done with all the nomadic traveling, Coach Daniel Jose found his way back to the city he was born and raised in, Bremerton, WA. This is where he opened the only gym in the downtown area of Bremerton.
Cascadia Strength and Conditioning is more than just another gym for Daniel. This place is his dream and has been over ten years in the making! He wants to develop the community with health and fitness training. He wants to push each athlete to be the best human they can!
