At Cascadia Strength and Conditioning, we build athletes on human fundamental movements. This means core driven, multi-joint movements like Squats, Presses, Pull-ups, and Deadlifts. Each of these movements has a real world application. We make sure you have a solid foundation before adding intensity and frequency. Our job is to know when to push and when to pull back athletes to prevent injuries.
